About The Author

I was born in Australia in the nineteen fifties. In the sixties I traveled with my parents to the UK where I lived for two years. I returned to Australia in the late sixties where I spent my teenage years finishing my schooling and then studied to become a nurse. I worked in hospitals in Australia and the UK retiring in 2013.

I married in my mid-twenties and have three adult children and five grandchildren.

I have lived in many countries as my husband’s career involved international movement. We have lived in Germany, Estonia, The Netherlands, Britain and now in the United States. When we came to the States we lived in California, moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2015.

My hobbies include, reading, writing, drawing, Folk Art, cooking and preserving garden produce grown by my husband, and playing with my grandchildren.
